BI Builders will be joining TimeXtender, allowing the new collaboration to support customers and users with a more comprehensive data automation solution, while also strengthening its position as a global market leader within the data management and data warehouse automation market.

With the acquisition, TimeXtender will absorb the team from BI Builders, integrating its employees into the current company structure. TimeXtender’s data automation software will integrate features and options from Xpert BI to offer users more comprehensive data management solutions. Initially, it will be Xpert BI by TimeXtender to ensure continuity for current customers.
In this process we ensure software continuity for all existing customers with extended solution offerings.
The BI Builders legal entity will remain.
